- 1 bunch lettuce
- 2 apples (seeds removed)
- lemon and honey
Blend them all and add honey, lemon at the end.
- Heavy cream
- 200ml full-fat milk
- Heat a saucepan and add some butter. Saute onions until they are cooked.
- Add 2tbp of plain flour and stir it. Add 200ml of milk by stirring. Cook for 6 mins until the sauce is prepared.
- Add washed and drained lettuce to the sauce with heavy cream.
