Step1: Cut your fruits to thin slices.

Step2: Place these slices at the bottom of a container. Smash them to release some juice. If you are adding herbs, roll them in between your hands.

Step3: Add water and steep them for at least 4 hours. Refrigerate overnight.

The fruit in the water will stay fresh for about 3 to 5 days in the fridge, but if it starts to run low before then, you can just add more water.
