- Fresh mint leaves
Just add lime, mint, ginger, and honey to the water and let it sit for an hour. (You can prepare it overnight, for the next day). Drink it all the while through the day.
This Lime drinks helps in Immunity and overall health.
- A liter of water
- 1 sliced lime
- 1/2 Sliced cucumber
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 Tbsp Honey
Let all the ingredients sit in the water for 2 hours.
- 3–4 slices of lemon
- 10 fresh blueberries
- 8 oz water
To a large glass add fresh lemons slices, blueberries and water.
Detox Tea with Lime
- Boiling water/ Green Tea
- Mint (Optional)
Add lime and a pinch of Cayenne to the boiming water or green tea. Add honey to taste.
