Ingredients:

  • Brown Rice
  • Water
  • Vegetables (Of your choice)

Preparation:

Firstly you need to prepare the vegetables.

Ingredients for Preparing Vegetables

  • Sesame Oil
  • Garlic Cloves
  • ginger (peeled)
  • Bell Peppers (Capsicum)
  • Carrots
  • Green Peas
  • Spring Onions
  • Soy Sauce
  • Rice Vinegar

In a pot add rice and water. Bring it to boil then simmer on low heat. Let it cool down completely and use a fork to seperate the grains.
